Hermann Noll

Owner & Process Specialist

Extensive practical experience in extrusion blow molding technology: from machine operation through maintenance and first-sample approval to holistic process consulting. The focus is on pragmatically solving technical problems directly at the machine, from fault diagnosis through optimizing cycle times and wall-thickness profiles to aligning new tooling with series production.

Process Optimization Maintenance First-Sample Approval Commissioning

Extrusion blow molding systems are complex assemblies of extruder, die head, mold and peripherals. Every component affects wall thickness, cycle time and part quality. M&P Noll brings these systems together, from first fault diagnosis to production-ready handover.

As an independent specialist, M&P Noll works across manufacturers with equipment from Kautex Maschinenbau, BBM, Alpha Mac and other brands on request: pragmatic, solution-oriented and without long service chains in between.

Cross-manufacturer experience instead of a single-brand allegiance
One direct contact instead of an anonymous service hotline
A holistic view of process, tooling and material
On-site work from diagnosis through to production release
